Consulting & Strategy

Working closely with clients and teams to understand goals, turn ideas into strategy and deliver solutions matched to real business needs. Includes system audits, architecture definition, technology selection and technical team leadership.

Description

Most software projects that fail don't fail for technical reasons they fail because the wrong thing got built. I work with clients before the first line of code is written, to understand what the business problem actually is, what's essential and what can wait. As the founder of my own SaaS product, I think in terms of cost, revenue and sustainability, not just technical elegance.

What's Included
  • Requirements Gathering: Translating business needs into clear technical specifications, with defined scope and priorities.

  • System Audits: Assessment of existing platforms for performance, security, code quality and ability to scale, delivered as a report with an action plan.

  • Architecture Definition: Technology selection, architecture design and infrastructure planning, with cost justification and trade-offs made explicit.

  • Formal Technical Documentation: Integration documentation, API specifications and flow diagrams produced in a format deliverable to partners and institutions.

  • Team Leadership: Technical leadership, code standards, delivery review and support for the growth of less experienced developers.
